💼 Shop FnD, LLC – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Shop FnD, LLC! By purchasing any service — including consulting sessions, branding bundles, or creative packages — or participating in a free case study, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

🔒 Payment & Booking

Paid Services:

Full payment is due at the time of purchase to confirm your session or project.
You can purchase services at Products Page.
Sessions/projects are not scheduled or started until both payment and intake form are received.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice by contacting us directly.
No-Shows: Missed sessions without notice may not be refunded or rescheduled.

Case Studies:

Case study participation is complimentary (free) and offered at the discretion of Shop FnD.
By participating, you grant Shop FnD permission to feature your name, business name, story, and project results in promotional materials, website, social media, and portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing before work begins.
Free case studies include specified deliverables only and do not include ongoing support beyond the agreed project scope.

📝 Intake Form Requirement

All clients (paid and free) must complete an intake form before work begins.
This ensures we understand your goals and customize our work appropriately.
Please use the same name, email, and phone number at checkout and on the form to link your submission.

🕒 Response Timeline

Once both your payment (if applicable) and intake form are received, we aim to contact you within 24–48 business hours to coordinate next steps.
Timelines for deliverables begin only after we receive all required materials and forms.

💡 Session & Project Delivery

Sessions are typically held virtually or by phone unless otherwise arranged.
Recordings and follow-up notes may be offered as a courtesy but are not guaranteed.
Creative deliverables (e.g., logos, templates) are delivered digitally, with revisions as outlined in the product description.
Additional revisions beyond what’s included may incur extra charges.

💳 Refund Policy

All creative services, branding packages, and consulting sessions are final sale and non-refundable once delivered.
Refunds are considered only under exceptional circumstances and are evaluated individually at Shop FnD’s discretion.
Missed sessions without notice may not qualify for refund or rescheduling.

🎨 Branding & Creative Services

Branding & creative services begin only after intake forms and all required assets (e.g., colors, logos, inspiration) are submitted.
Turnaround times depend on project complexity and client responsiveness and will be communicated clearly at the start.

Shop FnD does not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, or business success.
Clients are responsible for their own business decisions and actions based on our guidance.
Shop FnD is not liable for misuse of strategies, deliverables, or advice, including use in unlawful or unethical activities.

By purchasing a service or participating in a case study, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and confirm you’ve reviewed our policies in good faith.
