🧾 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have a concern or believe a refund is warranted, please contact us at david@thefndshop.com. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days.

Please note:

• Consulting services (such as the FnD Spark Session 💡 and FnD Power Hour 🧠) are considered final sale and are non-refundable once the session has been delivered.

• Creative services (including the Logo Design Package, Canva Brand Kit, and Brand Boost Bundle) are non-refundable once initiated or delivered, due to the custom nature of the work.

• Missed sessions without prior notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

• Exceptions may be made under extenuating circumstances and are evaluated individually.
